Convener: Irene Natividad, President,
Global Summit of Women. Ms. Natividad brings women corporate,
government and non-profit leaders together annually for a global
gathering which has come to be called the "Davos for Women",
which focuses on accelerating the economic growth of women. She
also Chairs Corporate Women Directors International, which
promotes increased participation of women on corporate boards.
Recognized for her work on behalf of women, she was named one of
“21 Leaders for the 21st
Century” by Women’s e-news; one of the “25 Most
Influential Working Mothers” by Working Mother magazine;
one of “America’s 100 Most Important Women” by Ladies Home
Journal, among others.

As Chief Diversity
Officer for AIG, Terri D. Austin provides executive oversight and
leadership for AIG's diversity efforts worldwide. Ms. Austin is
responsible for expanding and implementing AIG's diversity initiatives
in the workforce, as well as those relating to AIG products, suppliers,
vendors, and its customer base. Ms. Austin joined AIG in 1990 as
an Assistant General Counsel for the Corporate Law Department where she
handled a variety of litigation matters including employment and
reinsurance. From 1995 to 2004, she served as Senior Vice President and
General Counsel of AIG Domestic Claims. Prior to joining AIG, she held
positions as a litigation associate at a law firm in New York and as
Assistant Counsel with the New York City Law Department.

In February 2008, Ms. Candi Castleberry-Singleton
was named to the newly created position of Chief Diversity Officer at
the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
Ms.
Castleberry-Singleton brings a wealth
of experience to this new post: most recently, she served as corporate
giant Motorola's Vice President of
Global Inclusion and Diversity; previously, as Sun Microsystems' Chief
Diversity Officer she created and implemented
The Global Inclusion Model TM.
This model successfully transitioned
Sun from compliance and diversity
processes led by Human Resources, to integrated global activities that
made inclusive behavior and cultural acumen the responsibility of every
Sun employee.

In August, 2006, J.T. (Ted) Childs, Jr. retired from IBM
after a distinguished 39 year career as a member of their
corporate Human Resources team. Upon retiring, he founded Ted
Childs, LLC. to coach a corporate Workforce Diversity team
through the identification of their internal / external
stakeholders, an assessment of the internal / external
environment, and the development and execution of a Global
Workforce Diversity Strategy. While at IBM, Mr. Childs held a
variety of human resource assignments, including fifteen years
of executive responsibility for global workforce diversity
programs and policies. In addition, he served as Executive
Assistant to Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks, Executive Director of the
NAACP, on an IBM Social Service Leave from March 1982 to
September 1983.

Dr. Maria Nuria
Chinchilla is Professor in Managing people in organizations
and
Director of the International Center on Work and Family at IESE
Business School,
University of Navarra, Spain. Her areas of specialization
include women and power,
family-responsible organizations managerial competencies,
career and time management, work-life balanced and interpersonal
conflict. Dr. Chinchilla is a business and government
consultant and member of several VIP Advisory Boards including
European Professional Women's Network (EPWN). A noted author
and skilful communicator, Dr. Chinchilla speaks seven
languages.

As vice president of Microsoft International and
Area Vice President of Microsoft Middle East and Africa, Ali
Faramawy has a number of responsibilities both on the
business strategy and the business operations fronts. He is an
active member of the International leadership team that is
responsible for the company’s strategy and initiatives. He also
has a visible role among the company’s worldwide emerging
markets community. Mr. Faramawy is directly responsible for
Microsoft’s operations in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Area.
Throughout his 20-year career in the IT industry, he has held
different technical, sales and managerial roles in different
parts of the Middle East and Europe with companies such as Dun &
Bradstreet Software, NCR Corporation, Yokogawa Marex and,
finally, Microsoft. |

In December 2006, Ms.
Hélène Goulet was appointed Secretary General of the
Canadian Human Rights Commission. Her career has spanned a
number of roles in federal departments and agencies. She has
held senior positions in the areas of public law, program
delivery, policy development and transition management.
Formerly, she held the position of Associate Assistant Deputy
Minister for the Health Products and Food Branch. In
addition, Ms. Goulet was Director General of the Tobacco Control
Program, Healthy Environment and Consumer Safety Branch, as well
as Assistant Deputy Minister for the same Branch.

William Lee began his career with Abbott in 1981 as a
Corporate Internal Auditor. During the 1980's with Abbott, Mr.
Lee held several positions in the Financial Planning and
Analysis and Cost accounting disciplines. In the early 1990's,
William held management roles in the Diagnostic Division Dallas
Operations, as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis,
Consulting Pair Program Manager (Diversity Initiative) and Human
Resource Manager. Since 1999, William was the Site HR Manager
for the Diagnostic Division Dallas Site. At the end of 2005,
William, assumed the role of Director, Corporate Diversity,
Inclusion & Compliance for which he is currently serving.

Denise Lynn was named Vice President, Diversity and Leadership
Strategies for American Airlines, Inc. in February 2007. From
2004 through 2006, she held the position of vice president -
People for American Eagle Airlines. In this role, she was
responsible for all human resources and labor matters for the
regional airline subsidiary of AMR Corporation. Ms. Lynn
is also
a member of the Board of Directors of the American Airlines
Federal Credit Union.

Juliana Oyegun
is the
Director of Diversity Programs at the World Bank since 2001.
Since 2001, she has provided strategic advice and support to
senior management on building values-based approaches to
diversity and inclusion. She facilitates mainstreaming diversity
into the World Bank’s business, human resources planning and
management process. Prior to this, Ms. Oyegun served as Special
advisor for Gender Equity at the UNHCR in Geneva where she
facilitated the promotion of a culture of gender equity and
parity.

Generation Initiatives (NGI) at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP,
Mr. W. Stanton Smith has grown NGI into a key strategic
initiative with tangible positive business impact over the past
seven years. A
sought-after expert on generational issues, Mr. Smith has
appeared on PBS’s theLehrer NewsHour as well as in publications
such as TIME, BusinessWeek, Forbes and the Wall Street Journal.
His book, “Decoding Generational Differences: Fact, Fiction…or

Susan Sobbott is President of OPEN from
American Express, the team dedicated exclusively to the success
of small business owners and their companies. Ms. Sobbott leads
the fastest growing division within American Express. Appointed
to this position in June 2004, she is responsible for attracting
and retaining business owners to the American Express franchise.
OPEN - which commits itself to making it easier for
entrepreneurs to do business; recognizing its customers like the
CEOs they are; and solving customers' problems before they exist
- is the nation's largest credit and charge card issuer for
small businesses. In addition to shaping the OPEN brand
identity, Ms. Sobbott manages the small business charge,
lending, and co-brand cards as well as the line-of-credit
products that customers need to help grow their business.

An HR executive with more than 20 years of experience in the
area, Nora Villafuerte Garza is the Executive Director of
Banamex-Citi, the largest Bank in Mexico. Ms. Villafuerte is
the first and only woman who has reached this level in the
financial industry in Mexico. With a special interest in the
areas of Diversity and Leadership, she has encouraged specific
programs for the development and the inclusion of diverse
groups, including special programs for talented women, adoption
benefits, and strategic alliances with different institutes to
propel vulnerable minority groups. Ms. Villafuerte has
held Director level positions for the last 28 years in
companies,
including Parker Hannifin, Hewitt, Blockbuster and American Express.

As Executive Vice President,
Corporate Affairs at TELUS, Janet Yale leads a national
team responsible for the creation, execution and oversight of
all aspects of TELUS corporate affairs. This includes the
development and delivery of key strategies in the areas of
public policy, law, regulation, government relations and
corporate communications. Ms. Yale was president of the
Canadian Cable Television Association prior to joining TELUS.
With more than 20 years of government and regulatory experience,
she has also held senior leadership positions at AT&T Canada,
the CRTC and the Consumer's Association of Canada.

A 22- year veteran of
DuPont, Terry Yancey-Bragg began her career in 1985 as a
lab technician in research and development. She has held many
challenging roles in both operations and human resources of
increasing responsibility at various levels of the organization.
These positions include Regional HR Manager for North America,
U.S. Regional Transformation leader, Change Management Leader,
Senior HR Consultant and HR Generalist. Currently, Ms.
Yancey-Bragg serves as Human Resource Manager - Global Employee
Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion.
