Irene Natividad, President, Global Summit of Women (USA)

Ms. Natividad brings women corporate, govt., and non-profit leaders together annually for the Global Summit of Women, a global gathering which has come to be called the "Davos for Women".  The Summit focuses on accelerating the economic growth of women.  She also Chairs Corporate Women Directors International, which promotes increased participation of women on corporate boards.  Recognized for her work on behalf of women, she was named one of “21 Leaders for the 21st Century” by Women’s E-news; one of the “25 Most Influential Working Mothers” by Working Mother magazine; one of “America’s 100 Most Important Women” by Ladies Home Journal, among others.


Juliana Oyegun, Chief Diversity Officer, World Bank (USA)

Juliana Oyegun is the Chief Diversity Officer at the World Bank. Since 2001, she has provided strategic advice and support to senior management on building values-based approaches to diversity and inclusion. She facilitates mainstreaming diversity into the World Bank’s business, human resources planning and management process. Prior to this, Ms. Oyegun served as Special  advisor for Gender Equity at the UNHCR in Geneva where she facilitated the promotion of a culture of gender equity and parity.
