Ms. Paula H. Cholmondeley
is Chief Executive Officer of The Sorrel Group, a management consulting company.
She was formerly Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Products for
Sappi Fine Paper, the world's leading producer of coated free sheet papers.
Ms. Cholmondeley, who is a certified public accountant, earned her Bachelors
degree from Howard University and her Master of Science degree in accounting
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the
Boards of Tenex, Dentsply, Minerals Technologies and Ultralife Batteries.
