Women's pursuit for success in corporate as well
as entrepreneurial careers could be restrained by many factors.
-
One highly advertised factor is the glass ceiling.
What I would like to discuss however, is a different ceiling that is often
overlooked.
-
Success can be hindered by reasons within
ourselves.
-
For example, we can face difficulties because of
lack of self confidence, lack of tact in dealing with people, or lack of
updated knowledge.
-
There are constraints, dilemmas and struggles that
we face internally, that deny us from succeeding, and also, from enjoying our
accomplishments and from seeking more advancement.
-
