TRAVEL ON VIETNAM AIRLINES    

 
The Global Summit of Women is pleased to be able to provide discounted rates on Vietnam Airlines, the Official Carrier of the 2008 Global Summit of Women, for participants to travel to the Summit in Hanoi, Vietnam on June 5-7, 2008.

To book a flight with discounted rates on Vietnam Airlines,

1 - Find the Vietnam Airlines route convenient for you.  To see the discounted fares from select cities serviced by Vietnam Airlines, click here.

2 - Please complete the Vietnam Airlines Booking Form and submit the form with your Official Summit Confirmation letter to the Vietnam Airlines office closest to you by fax or email.  (Official Summit confirmation letters are emailed by the Summit office from summit@globewomen.com following receipt of a complete Summit registration).  The Summit Confirmation Letter is proof of your Summit participation.  

3 - See a complete list of Vietnam Airlines offices for contact information of the office closest to you.

4 - A form should be completed for each person traveling to the Summit and sent directly to the Vietnam Airlines branch office.

5 - Summit participants are responsible for making all their travel bookings.  The Global Summit of Women is not responsible for making individual arrangements for the participants.
