Travel arrangements for the Shanghai World Expo Tour are organized by
CITS, which will process all credit card charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation must be received by CITS more than 30 days prior to
commencement of services for a refund with no penalty. However, the
following per person cancellation fees apply:
30-15 days prior to commencement of services:
25 % of total price
14-2 days prior to commencement of services:
50 % of total price
On arrival day or later:
100 % of the price
